Thomas Fior was raised in Delaware County, and graduated from Haverford High School. He attended college at West Chester University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Thereafter, Tom moved to Philadelphia where he presently resides.
His real estate expertise stretches from the city to the suburbs. A key part of any REALTOR's success is knowing the market area he serves; and Tom's vast knowledge provides a competitive edge. His background in psychology has truly helped him in understanding his clients' needs which, in turn, has resulted in smooth and transparent achievement of their real estate goals. Steven's career in the real estate industry began in 1991. He specializes in marketing new construction developments, estate properties, unique homes and commercial sales.
Steven has successfully marketed and sold seventeen new construction developments over the course of his career ranging from one lot in-fill new construction to fifty lot subdivisions ranging in prices from $92,500.00 to $1,000,000.00 plus. Steven has professionally represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. Steven has completed many commercial real estate transactions and can offer representation within that field of endeavor.
Steven obtained his real estate broker's license in 2000 and subsequently worked as an office/sales manager for a successful Media Real Estate firm for over eight (8) years. The office achieved numerous prestigious awards for outstanding customer service and sales production during this tenure. In 2018 Steven obtained his New Jersey Sales Person license to further enhance customer service to clients and customers.
Steven's real estate expertise has been recognized by the Courts. In 2017 the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, appointed him to a Jury of View Panel. This three (3) member panel, which consists of an engineer and a lawyer along with Steven, hears cases involving the taking of a property owner's real estate under the power of Eminent Domain. The panel decides the amount of money the property owner is to be paid for the taking of their real estate. Steven is still actively serving in that capacity.
Steven has been honored with the prestigious Five Star Real Estate Award for fifteen consecutive years from 2010 thru 2024 as voted by Philadelphia Magazine.
